Refund policy

JINDO Beauty wants to give clients the best service possible. Thus, if there is any problem with your order, you can contact us at the following e-mail address: info@jindobeauty.com


In case you receive the wrong product or if it is in bad condition, you can return it and we will pay the shipping fees. If you would like to return a product acquired at JINDO Beauty, send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt.

Once you have received written confirmation, send the product using the address provided to you. 

Once we confirm receipt of the returned item(s), we'll refund the amount of the product(s) and shipping costs within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you enjoyed a discount or special price, you'll receive the amount you paid when you made the purchase. Likewise, if your order came with a gift, sample or free product, you must return it with the rest of the item(s). No reimbursement can be made if the product has been used or unsealed.


Once an order is made, it can only be cancelled before dispatch.
